No. After installation everything (products, prices, staff, payments, pages and branding) is managed from the admin. The install guide walks you through cPanel step by step, or we can install it for you.
Yes. The live demo has the full store and admin. If you would like a walkthrough, book a guided demo and we will show you around on a call.
Most shops are taking orders within a week: about 30 minutes to install, then a few days adding your products, prices and photos.
Hosting & installation
Any hosting with PHP 8.2 or newer and MySQL: most Nigerian cPanel hosts work. A small VPS is better for busy stores. You also need a domain and an SSL certificate, which most hosts give free.
Yes. Installation & setup is available as an add-on, and it is included on the Enterprise plan.
Yes. Free up the domain from your account and install on the new one with the same key. Each plan allows a set number of domains at a time.
Payments & money
Cards, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack, Flutterwave or Monnify with your own keys, plus manual bank transfer with receipt upload and pay on pickup.
No. Customer payments go straight to your own gateway or bank account. You only pay for your licence and any add-ons you choose.
Online with Paystack (card, transfer or USSD) or by bank transfer. Your licence key is emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Licence & renewals
It is a yearly licence. You pay once a year for the right to run PrintO, with updates and support included.
Your store keeps working for 14 days after expiry. Then admin changes pause while the shop still takes orders, and after 30 days the store goes offline until you renew. Your data is never deleted.
Yes, from your account at any time. You pay only the price difference for the time left, and your renewal date stays the same.
Add-ons
Optional extras for a licence: alternative storefront designs, custom and premium design templates, and services like installation. You buy them from your account.
Storefront designs are one-time purchases tied to your licence. They keep working for as long as your licence is active.
Yes. The Custom template set gives you 10 templates in your brand, added straight into your design studio.
